Misleading information

<p>So, VERY happy that cellc is having Awesome deals this month with Data (WELL DONE!) and that they have the best phone on the market available - SONY - ......BUT....... Upgraded last week Friday, 05/05/17 on both my contracts. Wife's Samsung was delivered on Monday. Phone upgrades, "no we don't know were your phone is but there is stock available". Phone them again on Tuesday "don't know why you haven't received your phone yet, but we will release it to the couriers now". Wednesday phone again, (this morning) and now I'm told "oh, there is a stock problem on sony, don't know when you will get it, cannot give you a e.t.a." Same sales team, 3 different answers. not acceptable.</p>
