Misleading Information

I was told that the phone I was taking will be insured for the amount that it worth, come claim time - I'm told a different story. I am given options to choose from, the options are about 50% to 55% less than what my phone was worth. I have been on the phone with Call Centre for more than 4hours trying to resolve the issues - long holding time and no one has an answer for anything.
