Misleading information

I recently took out a wifi contract with Cell c and I was advised by the sales consultant that I would receive 20gigs anytime data however that is not what I received.I received a package with 10 gigs day and 10 gigs night.I asked the consultant more than once on the phone if it would be 20gigs anytime and he said yes.I contacted Cell c customer care to follow up on this after receiving the package and they said they would listen to the calls because I am supposed to be receiving 10gigs and not 20gigs.They came back to me and said indeed I was given incorrect information and they would sort it out for me. ts been over a month and no one has contacted me and they transfer me from one department to another. I contacted John Chetty who is the one that sold me the contract and the only thing he did was to apologize for the mistake and said he would come back to me the next day but it has been over a week now and he still has not gotten back to me. I m so disappointed with Cell c for misleading me and giving me a package I did not sign up for.I had other options that I could have looked at but I chose Cell c because it sounded like a good deal and I already had an existing contract with them.For the next 24months ill be paying for something I did not sign up for ,this is really not fair and clearly Cell c does not care about their customers because no one is willing to assist me even after they listened to the call and even admitted they were wrong.
