Misleading Information

My sister app**** for a contract with Cell C on the 9th of June which makes it over 6 weeks now. When she app**** she was advised that she will receive her phone within 7 working days, which simply means that she should have received the phone on the 18th or 19th of June, unfortunately she did not. Also, the most frustrating thing about this is that the company does not even communicate with us to let us know what's going on instead they keep quiet expecting the client to follow up each and every time. The wait has been too long, their 7 days has become 7 weeks, which it is disrespecful to the client because they are being misleaded.
