misleading inaccurate information

I was given a settlm bal on my existing contracr nd took out a new contract and was told on the old contract i hava credit bal and was told the deductions will be made from tht ampunt until that contract end and then the new contract will start this month they deducted for both contracts i went in and now this new diliquent guy told me i have 5 months left of the old contrat and a bal that needa to be paid and he dont even listen to me he protects cell c or i think the protect their colleagues **** theft work.. cell c is ******* people...
