Misleading / False Advertising

I went into the Northgate Cell C store with regards to upgrading 4 contract lines - Looked at the various options and decided what i wanted, which is the AG cellphone a Tablet with accessories for R229 per month for the 2 in 1 deal. Today i contacted the call centre to process with the upgrade on 2 contract lines for 2 combos, now they inform me that in order to qualify for the 2 in 1 deal, they would need to see if i qualify for the 2nd line to obatin the 2nd device that comes with the 2 in 1 deal. Now to me that false advertising, due to the fact that if i'm upgrading 1 contract line for the combo, they dont need to open up a 2nd contract line for the 2nd device that is supposed to be part of the premium that i'm paying. My understanding is that the phone or the tablet can be provided as a top up line and the other remains on the contract line.<br> <br> Totally dissappointed!!!<br> <br>
