Misleading dishonest Agents
On the 26th July 2019 I phoned Cell c customer service, to cancel my contract. I was asked all this question why I want to cancel. I told the agent that I recently bought a new house and I can’t afford to pay R485.00 every month. She told me there’s a cheaper contract I can take for only R30 per month. I agree cause it was only R30 per month. I asked her more than three time and she told me only R30 per month. On the 12th of August 2019 I receive a bill from Cell c stating that I have to pay R584.00. Cell c is saying the calls are been recorded please listen to the recording because why will I cancel a contract of R485.00 to pay R584.00. I regret ever taking a contract with Cell c.
