Misleading / Deceptive Marketing

I purchased a data bundle on Black Friday. When I searched for Black Friday deals the search result came back as black data, which I presumed was the name for the Black Friday data deals. I subsequently discovered on my holiday (now) that the data can only be used with the Black app. Total BS I didn’t purchase the data to use an app. The cell c website was misleading / deceptive and as a result I purchased a product that does not suit my needs, this was as a direct result of misleading marketing over the Black Friday weekend. Cell c has refused to refund my account so that I can purchase usable data. I will be lodging a complaint regarding this misleading marketing with the Regulatory Ombudsman. I have purchased over 1tb of mobile data from you. Thanks for you support.
