Misleading customers
Cell C had been misleading customers into buying onnet voice minutes by stating that the minutes are any network. I purchased a R50 anynet 90 minutes bundle and was given cell c to cell minutes instead. After contacting the call centre, I spoke to Mpho who says there is nothing he can do to reverse the error unfortunately. He then logged some case and said some one will get back to me. I needed these minutes to contact my gp and podiatrist as I am chronic diabetic and my foot needs urgent attention. This was an emergency call. I now have to wait for Cell C to give me what I rightfully purchased in order to sort out my issues. Will they fit the bill should I become ill due to their negligence. I will be in contact with a legal team as this is obviously done to trick customers. I have screen shots of what I was supposed to get and what was given. Pathetic service. Its too bad that I couldn't rate them 0
