misleading clients

i am so ****ed right now, I got a call from cell c from sept 2023,i was told i can have an early upgrade. I did that but for just 1 contract later on i notice that they upgraded 2 contract instead of 1.i have been calling them and asking the to cancel my 2nd contract i am being told to call on the 22 march, guess what today i am being told i should have called 30days before its on my contract. But since November i have been calling every month.
