Misleading Clients

I am quite concerned, that a cell c consultant contacted me proposing an upgrade, on my account with them.<br> they were offering me a deal that will maintain the same benefits and costs. I have agreed to proceed only until I got something in writing to which the consultant agreed to provide. to this date no one has come back. its not fair to mislead your clients. the recordings will prove my conversations. please someone get back to me. ASAP
