Misleading by Cell C
On 14 May 2020, Cell C contacted me to ask whether I would like to upgrade my cell nr ***, as I am due for an upgrade. They suggested the Huawei Y7. I asked what the storage space is, as I want something similar to the phone I got last year on my other contract with nr ***, which has a space of 128 gb. They told me that the Y7 (R249/month) has the same storage and that the P30 Lite is now R599 or R699. I can't remember which it was, but it was way out of my reach. So I said if the Y7 is the same, I will go for it. But I don't want a smaller phone than that. When I received the phone today, I opened the box and saw that I was mislead and cheated and **** at. A couple of days later I saw an advert for the P30 Lite which was for R269/month. So they even **** about the price of this one also. I do not want this phone, as it does not have enough space on the phone. This is not acceptable. I sent a message to Cell C on their website today. I don't know whether I am going to hear from them, but I do NOT want the Y7, as it is too small and I was highly mislead. I am Jolene Myburgh, the mother of Willem Myburgh *** or ***
