Misleading and unprofessional

Very poor service,

Two month ago i app**** for a new contract and the lady that assisted me said i should take the Huawie p-smart 2021 as there is stock. I then went ahead with it even though i didnt want that phone just to find out that they had never had stock of the phone.

Then two months went by and the lady never once called me or anything. Then I called in just to find out that my contract was canceled with out my permission or with out notifying me.

So now someone else assisted me in getting me another phone on contract which they said they will call me back later on in the day to finalize everything but they never did as i was approved.

I have been mislead and 2 months of my time has been wasted. Now i give them a second change they still do the same thing over and still no one has called me back.

It seem like Cell c like loosing client as my financial who has been a cell c client of over 6 years is having the same issue.
