MISLEADING AND BAD SERVICE

On the 01/04/2021 I was contacted for a upgrade to a Samsung A32. They said expected delivery 3 -7 working days. I was then informed 10 days later that there is no stock. We are now on the 22nd and there is still no stock and no ETA. I find this very misleading as they should have known when they did the upgrade that there was no stock.

So after numerous complaints and constant answers of "No Stock" I changed the phone to a P40 against my better judgment and for a higher price.

Well this morning after numerous calls and speaking to numerous agents I have been told the upgrade was never changed to the P40.

So now once again i am stuck in no mans land and no one knows what the hell is going on. You would think that after being mislead and and there being no stock they would make a plan to get the new phone to me ASAP. This is the WORST service I have ever received from anyone.

Seriously are you guys not reading the post above or the ones on FB????? Read the post again and then give me a answer... Cause according to your answer there is no stock of the P40 either??????

OK,,, So I did a upgrade on the 01/04/2021 for a Samsung A32. After numerous calls and messages I was told no stock. I was then called yesterday and Offered the Huawei P40 lite as the consultant said there was stock. So again after numerous call and messages today I get told the P40 is also OUT of stock. What the living HELL is going on with CELL C?????????? I have never in my life had such bad service. How is it that a Cell phone company has NO stock but still continue to do upgrades.. This is false advertising. They should remove all devices from adverts that they don’t have. Oh wait they cant cause then the advert will be BLANK!!!!!
