Misleading Advertising -contract Buy Out

Cell C Have been running an advert campaign about trying to gain market share by offering clients a R10,000 contract buy out . Upon visiting there Cresta branch they informed me I need to hand in my instrument, complete an credit application form as well as waiting whilst the application goes through credit assessments.<br> <br> Why do they insist on contract holders? Why do they need to take your equipment in before your approval? They than don't give you the R10,000 to assist you to release you from your contract. Cell C insist you pay the early termination fees yourself and than on approval will they give you a gift voucher. What a misleading concept.<br> <br> I will therefore stay with Vodacom and upgrade my contract with them again. cell C must therefore terminate the Radio and Television advertising due to this persistent advertising is misleading consumers.
