Misleading Advertising and incompetence.
Cell C ran a promotion in November. Through sms marketing, I received the following sms on 27/11/15 \SUPACHARGE with a R300 voucher before 1 Dec & get R300 airtime + 700 BONUS CellC to CellC mins
