Misleading Advertising

I am a pre paid user of the Cell C network and I have been drawn to their promotions of \Fee WHATSAPP"I visited the store today to find out how I gain access to this FREE service only to find out that I must \""migrate\"" my prepaid to \""MegaBonus\"" . The consultant was very informative but I was shocked to find out that moving from my prepaid which I pay 0.99cents per minute for a phone call that the \""MegaBonus\"" would mean that I would now be paying R1.50 cents per minute per phone call.<br> <br> I strongly believe that this \""WHATSAPP FREE\"" advertising promotion is at least misrepresentative if not complete in contravention of Advertising Authority guidelines.
