Misleading

I called this morning to enquire about the buy out deal. I had seen the Samsung S6 available on the Epic 150 top up deal advertsied on Cell C's website. When enquiring at La Lucia I was told that it was only available on the Epic 200 top deal. I then screen printed a copy of the adverti*****t and the link where it clearly states its available on the buy out option to be told by the manager that despite the ad no she would not be willing to assist me, it was the top up 200 or nothing. I have since contacted CELL C on their facebook page to enquire why it is advertised but La Lucia but says no you cant and I am yet to have a response from them besides a earlier message this morning to say that they would be in touch - hmmm if I dont even have a contract with Cell C yet and its starts like this, it makes me think that perhaps I am lucky not to take my contract over and should stay with my current network provider....dissapointed to say the least.
