Mislead more than once

July I app**** for a Samsung S8, received sms approved. Only rooter got delivered. Upon enquiry I was told that application had been declined after approval. I then asked Cell C to merge the router no with my existing Cell C prepaid no. In August Agnes called, informed me that I qualify for a Nokai or IPhone. I was ecstatic. Agreed on the Nokia while she informed me the following. 150 sms, 150 airtime, 150data and wag data included for R299.00 per month.I told het that I would like this package for I have a small business from home and that 20g data per month will suite me with advertising. She phoned me several times before the deal got "sealed". Even before I submitted the simcard in the Nokia I received a sms stating amount due R489.00 for the new contract. After paying I enquired and was told that the 20g was once off for 12 months and not per month, and some prorata cost added up to amount I had to pay.I asked for a statement, been 3 months, still waiting.Nokia handset been back to Cell C twice 3 weeks, while st trying to sort out the account for suddenly my account had doubled since agreeing to Pinnacle 150 contract.I listened to the recording, to me its clear that in the first 5 minutes of this recording I was told one thing and the last few minutes another, where upon I agreed having what had been said the 1st 5 minutes in mind. I have spoken to a Cell C consultant 3 to 4 times the past month but NoOne want to listen to why I was mislead. They focus on just the one recording although I know there a was more that one. I am seeking legal advise for I am not going to pay for I contract I am not happy with and No One from Cell C cares to assist! Be warned do not apply online nor telephonically. Go to a shop and make sure you Signed what you agreed to!
