MISLEAD BY CELL C

Today Cell C called me as I app**** for a contract online. CALL REF NO: 181 ********** 179346 The lady I spoke to was Ntombi who assisted me and on the call she asked me all the necessary questions, asking for banking details, other questions and also asked me for the delivery address. She then told me that I passed all the questions and my application has been approved. She read out the terms and conditions and made sure I received all the information telephonically.

I then emailed her to ask her if she can please send me the contract or any email stating that it has been approved. She emails me back after all the information was given to say that it was declined for credit reasons.

I have proof of a sms saying that the contract has been approved, I have sent all my documentation and of cause the call is recorded whereby she has made mention that I passed all the necessary questions and telling me that the phone will be delivered by Friday. Why do this to people ? !! why tell people that you have been approved and then still tell them that the phone will be delivered by Friday! According to me Cell C was wrong as this was not mentioned ONCE on the phone. How can I take this further ?
