Mislead and **** to by Cellc

Extremely poor service and i was mislead.

I originally wanted a Samsung phone on a new contract with a watch, the sales consultant said no i must take a Huawei phone and watch instead as they have stock on the 08/07/2021 Thursday.

The paper work was only processed on the 12/07/2021 4 days later, i waited then the 3-7 working day then i called in and was told it is in dispatch and has not left due to the unrest/looting. Then on the 22/07/2021 i was informed that is has never been any phone instock and that there is not going to be stock of the phone and watch for a while.

I have been mislead to taking the hauwei instead of samsung, then i was also **** to by cellc that there is stock, then again also that it is in Dispatch, but all this time there was never stock.
