Misinformed

The service is useless my contract was upgraded by call centre I was not informed I would be given a Huawei without google services I have personal applications that run only on google I was advised to call if i wasn't satisfied with device it's been 4months no 1 has picked up the phone but I'm paying now cellc decided to close my line very quick to stop service if you dont pay but when it comes to customer service poor I can't work cos I dont have a phone now i don't want this nonsense phone that was sent by call centre Should you wish to keep a customer and offer professional service I'm contacted on *** since u have suspended my line
