Misinformation wrt deductions
After battling for months to get my upgrade recorded and the "new number" cancelled Cell C have once again breached our agreement. My conract commencement date was 1 Feb 2021 but Cell C saw it fit to only start it wef 1 March 2021 and is making me pay R 205,00 more than was agreed upon. Does this not constitute ***** as I was never informed of any of this and I certainly didn't agree to pay more than my monthly R598,00 as was agreed upon. Are they allowed to deceive us and not be held accountable for gross incompetence?
