Misinformation

I recieved a text that if I buy R100.00 airtime I will receive 100gb of data I then purchased the airtime but recieved no data I then call up customer service but the advisors are so ill mannerd they are rude speak over u and shout at you when you ask a question very unprofessional im on pay and go but spend a average of atleast almost R500 per month but still get this kind of service when I asked to speak to a manager the advisor put me on hold and dropped the line so not only did they breach my rights as a consumer but they are not being tcf compliant can someone please call me regarding this as I will be taking this futher my number is ********** 404 never was I treated like this ever
