Miscommunication will Cell C

I find it odd that when I purchased my phone on contract I was never told certain things when signing off the deal. I was told I was given 1 free screen repair as its a Samsung S4 phone. After that I realized I could not make video calling which was one of the things that was being sold to me but than only to realize I cant use the function as Cell C does not support. But I loved the phone and other functions I did not take it back, now my screen is broken and they are not prepared to fix it. I paid the contract without giving the company any issues. If only i knew this i would have never taken a contract with CellC and will never advice anyone to take up a cell phone contract with them. They have bad services and never live up to their promises. The company is a disaster
