Miscommunication

<p>I have had a resolved fruad case with Cell C however I still await reimbur*****t that was promised by them by the latest the 13th October 2016 as documents were emailed on the 23rd September 2016 and we were advised the process would had taken 14 working days. After receiving no communication from them within 10 working days, my partner emailed one of their consultants of which we were then told it would had taken 48 - 72 hours for funds to be in my bank account. To date we are yet to receive a response or communication regarding follows up done by a consultant. The frustration arises as I was told to get bank statements dating to August 2014 which was an unexpected cost that I am now paying for. I await feedback urgently as this is now becoming frustrating and time consuming. </p>
