cell c refuses to help my mother who is 70 years, to get her number back. she used *** for more then 10 years she lost her phone and when she tried to get her number cell c say she must contact the person who did the import for her but it was a cell c agent where will she get that person? she is struggling to get notifications from SAA and from the day hospital. How can you treat old people like this ?

31 Jul 2019, 11:28almost a year ago, She went to Cell C in Promenade back and for-worth and she was asked to go to the police station but still she her issue has not being resolved.
