Mis-leading customers and lies

Cell C is disappointing and mis-leading customers, it has been 2 months now and i have not yet recieved my contract of agreement after an agent promised me. Palesa Sibeko is the sales agent i took the contract with, it has been frustrating service i am now going to forward my case to ombudsman Cell C are ****** and they send you to all the departments when you call in. Worse customer service EVER!
