Minutes not reflecting

I called Cell C on Monday the 31st Oct 2022 regarding an issue whereby I bought minutes and they never reflected ... Case No.***. I was told that someone would contact me within 48 hours. It's Thursday today and no one has contacted me. I did a follow-up and was told someone tried to call me and my phone was on voicemail. I then asked what should happen now and the lady said she doesn't know. I am just glad my contract with this useless provider is coming to an end soon. I am fed up really.
