MINIMUM WAGES = *********** STAFF
I have 3 contracts with Cell C. I have had these contracts for the last 15 years. At the time of taking out the contract, I was living in Port Elizabeth. I have since moved to Pretoria. All of my updated details have been furnished to Cell C. Long story short, one of the lines was deactivated, even though payment had been made. Proof of payments were in fact sent through to their billing department. The payments do not reflect on any of the statements they have furnished to me. When I called them again today, the balance outstanding went from R2500 last week to over R6500.00 today. I asked them how the balance had skyrocketed to such a high amount I was told that I called the call centre on 30 April 2021 to cancel the contract on the line in question. I am at my wits end now with Cell C as all the call centre agents give me different responses. When you call the call centre they drill you on security questions, which includes stating your physical address. Funny thing is though, when I got the statements, via email, the address on the statement is not even an address I have ever lived at. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME. CELL C need to jack up their call centre assistants so that CUSTOMER CARE can become exactly what it should be. My bet is that MINIMUM WAGES GIVE YOU MINIMUM GENERAL KNOWLEDGE AND MINIMUM PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE. TOTALLY DISGUSTED.
