Minenhle Khumalo is the MOST RUDE person EVER!
I called Celc to find out when my Mid night data will expire, today is the 27-03-2015, my phone tells me that it will expire on the 28-03-2015. i wanted to verify if i will have access to my midnight data tonight as the 28th starts when my Data is allocated to me.<br> <br> Minenhle Khumalo was RUDE in every way shape and form, after repeating to me that it will expire at Midnight, without a care in the world of the question i was posing to her...<br> <br> she hung up on me when i asked to speak to her manager as i felt she was not helping me.<br> <br> she advised me that her manager was \busy

It is disappointing to learn that the agent did not conduct herself in a professional manner and did not offer the service as expected.
