Milking more money
Your accounts/payments department is useless. I have been charged more money without any been credited back to me, I have let them go. But this time it is too much as I have been doubled debited different months. I have called several times arranging debit to go off my account but nothing happens but end up being doubled debited the following month. This is unacceptable and inconveniencing as we have other debts to pay.
