MIGRATION

I have been struggling for almost a month now with Cell C. Everytime I call their call centre one person tells me they can assist me to migrate my hybrid straight up line to a post paid data line but will call me back, which NEVER happens, then when I call again they refuse / or say they cannot help me with the migration. I want to upgrade my contract, but want to migrate my package to a post paid data package. Please help me with this. I do not want to stay on the hybrid straight up line. I want to migrate immediately! I do not have a problem to pay the current package until the 24 months expire together with the new fee of the migrated package. It will only be for about 3 months that I will have to pay the double fee. I really do not have a problem with this, all I want Cell C to do is to migrate my package from the hybrid straight up to the post paid data immediately. <br> <br> Thank you.
