Migrating to cell c-nightmare

I had renewed my contract with Cell c in May 2016.I had asked to have 100 free minutes, and etc .However the consultant did not understand and placed me with R100 on airtime.I called Cell c in June and was told that the migration could only take place once the first debit order went through at the end of June.I waited and once again called in .I was then told that the request was lodged and the relevant department would contact me.I was contacted a few days later only to be told that the problem was not resolved and I would be contacted again.Thereafter I was contacted and told that I need to pay a fee of R400 in order to migrate.I refused as this was no fault of mine, the consultant agreed to check the voice recordings and get back to me within a day.Its now August and I have not heard from Cell c since.Their staff is very *********** and I would strongly advise people to stay away from cellc
