Midnight data

Last night i bought midnight data bundles but they didnt load the same time, they only loaded an hour later and by that time i was asleep, before sleeping i kept trying to reach your call center over ten times, no one would answer im sick and tired of loosing money to cellc i wsnt my R12.50 back i know its little money but i would've used it else where
