MICHELINE IS A REAL ASSET

The vetting department is using out dated credit checks and telling people they do not qualify for credit. Westgate mall manager has no people s****s and basically told me that if Head office decline me there is nothing he an do. As a manager you look like you interested in your clients complaint, you pick up the phone with your vetting department and request to speak to a manager and you fight for your clients right. He is really not displaying characteristics of a good manager. A HUGE THANK you to Michelene who works there for going the extra mile and taking my clearance certificate and questioning her vetting department by asking HOW DID THIS CLIENT BUT A HOUSE OF R900 thousand 6 months ago and her name is cleared by ITC in possession of aF19 issued by the credit bureau but CELL C says she is under debt review. Even the people handling hello peter has not come back to SERVICE SUCKS ... Thanks Michelene for the help.
