Mi Assist can't be cancelled.

Mi Assist can't be cancelled. Cancellation was for end of April but by Mi assist consultant said we going to bill you end of November also but I can see your cancellation was for April but your number was rejected. Friendly reminder Cell C not going to pay my contracts end of this months due to this. I pay you and you pay them. And after I spoke to an manager and nothing is resolve. I would like this sorted out today please.

Good day Cell C, Thank you for cancelling the Mi Assist but the Get more is still on my invoice from April. You as Cell C said to me that you can see that the service should be cancelled at this month and said a refund will be made. Even gave all my info for the refund. Nothing received and guess what Get more still on my invoice. I spoke to your customer service, there is no note on my profile about this matter or refund. Like I said have no problem with Cell c as a provider for my phones but this ****ty services you offer is ridiculous. No you going to tell me I must phone Get more again and then again wait for 30days for the cancelation and then ignore everything and I start the cycle again. I need it to be fixed today and want to see my refund.
