Messing with my credit record YET I DONT OWE THEM

I am disgusted by this network provider, as i thought that they are much better than Vodacom, only to find that they are just as bad! I paid up 2 contracts and even got confirmation that my numbers are now on prepaid through an SMS. When i pulled my credit record, the one number *** still shows that my current balance is R1208 and the instalment is R1208-00. HOW THE HECK???? These companies that dont update with credit bureaus are the main reason that some people have bad credit records. I think if possible I should sue this company for *****ing up my credit record! I want this resolved because i paid all the money that was needed, and they cant tell me that it takes certain amount of days because that other one is sorted and i paid at the same time for both contracts. This is appalling service, especially when i really have been a loyal customer and never gave any problems with payments!!! Maybe MTN is now the better network because this one is just the worst!
