Messed up system

I have cancelled a cell phone contract in April that was due for upgrade as i did not want another new phone. To my shock, it was never cancelled even though it was confirmed by the consultant it was done. I released in June that the contract was still not cancelled as i have received a statement stating a amount due. Called in again. then only it was cancelled on the 7th of June. We are now in July and again, statement reflects that the contract is still not cancelled. No one in Cell C knows what to do. They either tell me i am in the wrong, drop the call or put me on holds for a long period. This means i had to call in 4 times with no assistance what so ever. It is for this reason why i am going to terminate all my contracts with Cell C and move to someone better because there is no assistance from Cell C but yet they harass you to take up new contracts. PATHETIC!
