Upon the end of my contract with Cell C they decided to swim on my account and debited me R687 instead of their R249 even on month to month.

I was put on hold for an hour and later spoke to an *********** **** Zweli who advised that he doesn't have his manager's numbers and he had the audacity to drop the call on my ear.

I have never ever in my life felt disrespected in that manner, my dignity has been stripped by this company and their managers. even though it doesn't come as a surprise because Cell C do not do refresher customer service course to their stuff, same was confirmed by Lungile who claimed to be an Operations manager.

Am annoyed to the last core of my being by such service.

Don't even try join them, they will ***** your money and render you very poor service. they don't have a client interest at heart. its a self centered company...
