So one day i received a call ,was offered a deal of bundles which i agreed to as it was 150.00 at that time ,i was told ill pay that amount for 24months cool .... 24months later cellc decided to put me on a different contract plan without my knowledge ,i have been calling for cancellation for four months now but that hasn't been done... month end of june cellc continued to debit from my account and topped my account with bundles meaning they now forcing me to have that contract that i never even agreed to take in the first place...i have been with cellc for years ive never had debit order unpaid but this???why are you putting your customers through so much??? ive been told i was supposed to call after 24months and cancel and i was surprised cos i was never told that when i took the deal,agents dont want to investigate now i am being threatened that CELLC is going to ruin my credit record , ruin my credit record that i had worked so hard to protect all these years because of a contract that i have no clue of ... CELLC are ****mers ,now they milking even the poor people sies...
