Merchan at Head office (retention and upgrades) - Rude , and slams phone down when dont have the answers

Attention: Shamona Gappoo at The Cell C head office in JHB. RE Call upgrade and rude call center agent in retention Merchan* Unprofessional an hangs up when he dont have the answers. All I want to do is extend my business with Cell c and Upgrade. The deal is in a catalog I grabbed over a week ago from one of the stores. Cell C called me to upgrade and I said sure. why not. I choose my option and I was told they can no longer help me with my chosen deal of 60GB for R289. The guy in retentions Merchan* told me he will ask his supervisors to escalate the issue and get back to me to give me the upgrade. Its been a few days and he still hasn't called me back. I've been calling cell c everyday and get no replies or answers and the deal is ending in 2 days! I've spoke to Bonga his colleague today, and he told me I can upgrade to the deal and he transferred me to the online department and they failed to assist me and I'm currently on hold yet again for ages as I have been for the past couple of days trying to get hold of Merchan or a supervisor to assist me as they promised. Can someone at Cell C assist me with my upgrade?
