Mega Cancellation

I write this review with the greatest disappointment. I have a month on month contract for 2G data at R99.00. (Tue 04/10/17 10:50) the line 084143 had technical problems.(Fri 06/10/17 10:07 - 04:14min) I spoke to Trisha, who tried to give an upgrade which I declined, as my application was declined earlier during the year. (Sat 07/10/17 13:12 - 19:09min) I spoke to Princess (JHB- Sandton) regards to cancelling my contract, she stated that I am behind by R34.00 (Please note that I have spoken to someone(Mon 02/10/17) who promised to authorise a d/o of R68.00 which was outstanding. Trisha transferred me to the Credit Control dept, however 15min on hold I ended up hanging up. (Sat 07/10/17 13:38 - 06:29min), A lady took the call and looked into the account, she stated that my account is paid up with no amount reflecting as owing. She further stated that the cancellations department opens Mon-Fri only from 08;00-18;00 (Sat 07/10/17 14:30 - 04:50min), Maggie "ready" (JHB- Buccleuch ) stated that on the 16 Sep I owed R167.99 and the d/o was declined, 4 Oct paid R99.00. My current outstanding balance to close of this account minus the d/o that went through of R34, I still owe CellC R202.99. This is by far the worst experience ever. I would still like to keep my number, however can I request my account to be cancelled.
