Mega Bonus not so mega
Good Day,
I purchased a Social bundle of ZAR129. Since I was on the mega bonus tarriff plan I got over ZAR250 free airtime. Why is it than that my social plan balances was used BEFORE the bonus airtime was used? Now that whole ZAR260 is gone but my minutes and data is almost halve again!
Why offering a product that consumers can fully appreciate?
