one star rating is way more than what they deserve. They still have the nerve to to make false statement in public snd say they will contact me have you ever?

05 Aug 2021, 14:22This is the reference on your letter I did not thumb suck it guaranteed (unfortunately there's no option to attache docs on this platform otherwise I would have and proof it to you).
The reason you cannot find it it's because it's no longer on your system you hand it to legal (MDB and their ref is: 9i***) and to pick up the phon and speak to me is out of the question because you have no intention of help me what so ever, getting out of your comfort zone and and go an extra mile for a customers is ether too much for you or it's not part of your job description because clearly customer service is not part of your company policy.
The reason you cannot find it it's because it's no longer on your system you hand it to legal (MDB and their ref is: 9i***) and to pick up the phon and speak to me is out of the question because you have no intention of help me what so ever, getting out of your comfort zone and and go an extra mile for a customers is ether too much for you or it's not part of your job description because clearly customer service is not part of your company policy.
