Received a call from 081 135 on the 17th May 2023, Call lasting 18 min and 26 seconds,
Was offered a new device and a Samsung watch,
Was told would get a call within 24 hours to confirm order and send order to me,
To date, have not received a call from Cell C, If this is the customer service that they rendering, then I am worried of entering into a relationship with them, or was this a ****?
You processed all my information etc and told me I was approved, yet nothing came from it.
Really dissapointed.
