My issue has not been resolved, instead I got a call from a very rude agent at CellC, she basically told me I need to pay for the phones i retuned to CellC. Horrible service I'm getting from these people, I hope someone will see my post and be very carefully when buying a phone from these ******.

I don't have the devices, even the device you say it's gone for repairs it was not returned to me, the second device was still in the box and returned with the same device that you say went for repairs, the devises have serial numbers, check on your database and with ram couriers as they came to my house to pick up the devises, if ram couriers came to my house there has to a record of that, as they wouldn't came unless they are sent by customer services. The devises are not active at all, this should show on the system.
Please return the devises I will pay for them once both devises are in my possession. Problem I can't pay for something I don't have.

03 Aug 2023, 11:22The issue is now the second devise I don't have, I think it's the A23, that phone was not used, investigate the second devise, I confirm again I don't have it with me, please contact ram couriers as I said they came to my house to pick up both devices.
