About a week ago, I received a call from cell c to offer me a phone contract which I agree to take it. So on the call they told me that the phone will be insured with dial a guard so I was sent a debit order to accept. Now my money has been debited by dial a guard but I don't have the phone that they insured so I don't understand what did they insure.
