I had written here about my contract with cell which ended with disappointment.im writing this review again because im not satisfied with the outcome of the matter.ive been communicating with them for over 3months and they said to me that they can’t find the courier company they had used to deliver the phone and simcard.all of a sudden they found the courier company and they said they delivered the phone and the simcard to me. I still say I didn’t receive the card!! I had initially asked the lady that I spoke to if the simcard was ever been used and the lady said no.does it make sense that I would receive the simcard with data and airtime and not use it at all? Cell C is just trying to berry this issue but I’m not willing to let it slide! This is proof that you **** people and after that you refuse to take accountability!! I wasn’t asking for anything out of the ordinary but my simcard with all the 3years benefits loaded in it.
