Marvin needs to pay

After my complaint i was contacted quickly by a cell c representative and was explained that marvin in the retensions departmentsaid will phone me at 10 in the morning on thursday 27-08-2015. Well if i didnt phone i would still be waiting for him. Even after i got hold of him he still has nothing to say except im sorry and ill get back to you by 5. 5 came and has gone after leaving six more messages to him and his supervisor at the retensions department i gave him another call after telling the lady i will wait for him beacause he never phones back he took my call. Now all he can say is sorry and when i get to my desk i will escalate a case with the accounts department and i must phone in two days to here whats going on. Well 30min has passed and i still didnt get anything.<br> <br> Now i was told i will pay R600.00 R99.00 R99.00 and R55.00 and that is what i will pay. Now he says sorry and you will pay R600.00 R288.00 R429.00 R55.00 sorry i took adsl with telkom becoz of my low pricing so marvin can pay the rest as i wont pay that amount so cell c can go listen to my recording and then marvin can pay
